Amidst the laughter of vacationers, Heena and I sat facing each other, a strange tension hanging in the air.

Heena reached out, initiating her ‘Apply sunscreen’ routine.

We shared ice cream at an ice cream shop near the beach.

As we played like that, evening was approaching.

We looked around a bit and had dinner at a curry restaurant nearby, then cleaned up our parasol spot.

Heena left first to shower and change, and I returned the parasol ticket before heading into the public shower room.

This was already the third time today. She probably has a separate outfit to wear when we go back tomorrow.
