The Monsters 2
Legion’s room was a mess after the explosion, forcing him to relocate to Drazzer’s room.
Having been quiet for a while, Legion clenched his fists as soon as he entered.
“What’s wrong?” Drazzer asked.
“How should I mess with those bastards?”
That was exactly how Legion felt right now.
It was like enjoying a rare moment of speed in a carriage, only for Drazzer, in the front seat, to spit phlegm out the window—and that phlegm landed right on his face in the back seat.
What if he had been yawning and it went into his mouth?
That’s exactly how he felt.
He got hit with phlegm, and those bastards didn’t apologize. He ate phlegm, and those sons of bitches were smirking.
Legion smacked Drazzer on the back of the head.
“What, Master… sir?”
“Ah, damn it! Thinking about it just makes me feel worse.”
It was like going to the bathroom and still feeling like something was left deep inside! That’s exactly how he felt right now.
No, this wouldn’t do. He couldn’t stay like this.
Mark had said that stress was the root of all evil.
-That’s true, but the expression ‘stress’ isn’t really meant to be used in this kind of situation.
Okay, I get it. But what’s wrong with me being stressed?
-……Nothing, sir.
Legion summoned Mammon.
A subspace opened, and Mammon appeared. His eyes met Drazzer’s. They looked at each other, both conscious of their hair.
After the ice hero Raiden, whom he considered his nemesis, Drazzer felt a rivalry for the first time.
My hair must be better than that guy’s.
Should I ask the master? Whose hair is better?
Drazzer shook his head. He felt like he would only get an earful if he asked.
“I’m begging you… don’t say a word about hair care in front of me. I’ll rip out your tongues so you can never yap again.”
As expected-
He was glad he didn’t ask.
“Great Master… I do not have a tongue.”
“…….”
Drazzer and Mammon nodded at each other as if they had met a common enemy.
Our master has no sense of aesthetics whatsoever.
“Why have you summoned this lowly servant, Great Master?”
After running away from home, Mammon was even more loyal.
Running away from home means suffering. Since he wasn’t going to conquer the continent anyway, subspace was much more comfortable.
Come to think of it, he seemed to have been completely reborn in his absence. At this rate, the master might live a much longer life than a human.
He should find a Dragon Heart and feed it to him…
Mammon’s loyalty was growing stronger and stronger.
At that moment-
Lukas collapsed near the Kingdom of Ireland, frozen stiff.
He was barely discovered by an old maid living in the Kingdom of Ireland and saved his life. Perhaps because it was too cold, Lukas suffered from short-term memory loss.
The old maid fell in love with Lukas’s handsome appearance.
After that…
Let’s forget about Lukas. If he’s lucky, he might appear again.
Anyway, what’s important is that Mammon has gained even more solid loyalty thanks to running away from home.
“You saw those bastards earlier, right?” Legion asked, referring to the eleven wizards.
“I saw them.”
“I saw them, sir.”
“I have a favor to ask of those bastards.”
Mammon and Drazzer weren’t so unintelligent that they didn’t know what the word ‘favor’ meant. They immediately understood and asked Legion.
“How much do you desire?” Mammon asked.
“Enough to make them piss their pants just by looking at my face.”
“That’s my specialty.”
Mammon’s skull gleamed ominously in the moonlight. Blue madness overflowed from the light in his skull.
From the wizards’ perspective-
A night of terror begins.

Koo-oong! Koo-oong!
The entire territory seemed to be shaking.
At first, it was scary, but now they just took it in stride. Some light-sleeping old people even cursed at the monsters.
If you’re going to fight, go fight somewhere far away!
Bacon and Lotto had been staying at the inn for several days.
They didn’t know why they were leaving their houses and doing this. Well, all the accommodations had collapsed.
“Oh, I don’t know what I’m doing, leaving my house like this,” Lotto grumbled, stretching.
“It’s okay. It must be over now. Let’s go check and rebuild the accommodation,” Bacon said, his eyes dark with dark circles, as if he hadn’t slept properly for days.
Bacon and Lotto packed their bags and came out of the inn.
Other exclusive servants were already waiting. They headed towards the mansion at a leisurely pace.
Faint curses could be heard from afar.
-Krrr (You son of a bitch, you’re really persistent).
-I should be saying that, Ogre! What the hell are you eating to be so persistent?
The exclusive servants froze on the spot.
It had been five days already.
They had been fighting for five days without eating. They didn’t eat, but they shit well. They put ‘Time’ on hold and started fighting after taking care of their business.
Another wyvern next to them was dozing off as if it was bored. It dozed off and fell forward.
The giant wyvern rolled and rolled…
And crashed into the Thousand-Year Mansion. One corner collapsed with a crash. It was as if it was doing it on purpose.
The exclusive servants’ faces turned white from the morning.
We’re doomed.
We’re doomed.
Those damn monster bastards!

Knight Rustic, who was hiding nearby and watching the monster war, was also surprised.
Knight Rustic is one of Marquis Forsay’s subordinates.
Marquis Forsay was digging into Count Persimmon’s past. The Crown Prince had clearly disappeared from Count Persimmon’s territory. He was the next-generation Crown Prince who would lead the kingdom in place of the old and sick king.
Knight Rustic had also seen Crown Prince Lauzel.
He was young but very sophisticated and intelligent. He had such dignity that it was difficult to approach him first. He thought that if such a prince became king, the country would be peaceful.
That was his honest feeling.
But he served Marquis Forsay. Marquis Forsay served King Gong. From King Gong’s point of view, the biggest obstacle to becoming king was the Crown Prince.
He was someone who had to disappear.
So, Knight Rustic was given only one mission.
Kill on sight.
If it seemed impossible to do it alone, retreat immediately and inform his colleagues of the Crown Prince’s location.
Knight Rustic is a very capable person. He has a great eye and excellent reasoning skills.
That’s why he was able to track Lauzel’s faint traces from Count Persimmon’s territory to this place, which he thought would have no clues left.
And what he saw was an unbelievable sight.
He never imagined that such a wealthy territory would be in a corner of the Düsseldorf Mountains.
Money was overflowing.
The children were all so well-fed that their faces were glowing.
There were definitely wealthy territories.
But in any place, tenant farmers live hungry lives. But this place was not like that.
What was it?
Unemployment benefits?
Youth pension?
Territory residents who were injured and unable to work.
Couples who had no choice but to work because they had many children.
Old people who had retired and should be spending their old age comfortably.
They all received a certain amount of money.
At least they wouldn’t starve to death.
Does this make sense?
Knight Rustic felt more anger than envy as he looked at the fantasy-like territory.
If they earned this much money, they should pay a lot of taxes.
But he had never heard that Legion, the lord of this place, paid a lot of taxes.
He thought that when he returned after completing this mission, he must report this fact to the higher-ups and have Baron Legion’s title stripped.
And the thought that he would like to come to this territory also played a part.
But suddenly, the ogre and the wyvern started fighting. He was so surprised that he sat down on the spot.
They were still fighting after several days.
The reason he didn’t leave was because the ogre was very familiar with the territory residents here.
It was impossible.
That the carnivorous monster, the ogre, lived as neighbors with humans in a friendly way?
But it was real.
The ogre was very close to the residents here.
Knight Rustic slowly backed away. It was time to get out of here.
But he ran into Bacon before he could go far.
“I haven’t seen you before?” Bacon asked.
Knight Rustic cleared his throat and replied.
“I moved here this time.”
“When?”
“It’s been a week.”
“A week? I haven’t heard that a wandering knight has come.”
Knight Rustic was startled by the word wandering knight. He had tried his best to disguise himself as a peasant, but the other party instantly saw through his essence of using magic.
Rustic scanned Bacon.
He was very big. Judging from the clothes he was wearing, he was also a knight or warrior. But how dare some bum from this backwater speak to him?
“Are you alone?”
“Why?” Bacon asked back. He was alone. The rest of the exclusive servants were tearing their hair out while watching the monster war. Most of them had noticed Knight Rustic’s presence since a few days ago.
They left him alone because he was hiding and watching.
But now he was trying to get away.
It was time to step forward and reveal Rustic’s identity.
“If I’m alone… are you going to try something?” Bacon smiled brightly and continued.
Rustic used magic to scan his surroundings. There was no one but him and the guy in front of him within at least dozens of meters.
So he relaxed.
Even if the other party’s skills were better than expected, he thought he could get his body out of there.
“I’ll count to three. If you move… I’ll spare your life.”
The tone changed from polite to informal.
It was a tone with the arrogance unique to knights. His eyes were also sinking.
As if Bacon was not in his eyes.
“I’ll count to three too. Kneel down and tell me everything. Where you came from. Who you’re under. Then I’ll just cut off your arms and legs and spare your life.”
“As expected, an ignorant warrior from this countryside has nothing in his eyes.”
Knight Rustic drew his hidden sword. The belt turned into a sword. The soft blade turned hard and stood up straight.
He gave magic power to the handle. The magic power flowed along the sword. Soon, a thick haze flowed out.
“Bumpkin, have you ever seen anything like this?”
Knight Rustic raised his sword. The mana blade began to take shape clearly.
Just looking at this, it was enough to feel how skilled Knight Rustic was.
But-
The opponent was Bacon.
Bacon also raised his sword.
Surprisingly, flames soared from his sword.
An innovative technology that combines mana blade and magic!
It is a technology that cannot be attempted in the first place without tremendous effort, natural talent, and excellent balance.
In fact, almost all of the exclusive servants are magic warriors, but none of them can use magic and aura together like Bacon.
Only-
Only Bacon can use Aura Magic Blade.
Its power is far more overwhelming than a normal aura blade.
Bacon looked at Knight Rustic and said.
“I live in the countryside, so I can only do this. Try to block it, City Knight.”
The blood drained from Rustic’s face, turning it white.
