Sejun quickly looked around for Fenrir. Fenrir was very fragile, like a super delicate sunfish. ‘He might not have made it,’ Sejun worried.

‘Blackie, I’m sorry,’ Sejun thought sadly.

Just as Sejun was saying goodbye to Fenrir in his mind,

“Blackie is over there, nyaang!”

Theo pointed to where Ajax was.

“Blackie, don’t die! Heal!”

Sejun saw Ajax using magic on Fenrir.

But then,

Fenrir started to look worse because of the magic around them.

“Heal!”

Ajax used magic on Fenrir again.

Ajax’s healing magic was like giving Fenrir air to breathe.

But Ajax was weak. He was still sealed and didn’t have much magic power.

If Ajax broke the seal, he would have more magic, but it would be more dangerous for Sejun and Fenrir.

Sejun quickly thought about what to do.

“Let’s go back to floor 83 of the tower.”

Sejun decided to save the waypoint on floor 99 of the White Tower first, and then go back down to floor 83.

He didn’t have the Black Tower land deed here, so this was the best he could do.

Theo was getting weaker. The strong magic in the air was making him tired as he protected Sejun.

‘I need to hurry,’ Sejun thought.

He walked faster.

“Ajax, help!” he called.

Ajax’s voice came from inside,

“Les, Sejun hyung is like a brother to me. Be nice to him.”

Just like that, the ogre’s face changed completely.

“Yes! Sejun-nim, please, come this way,” Les said politely, leading Sejun to the red crystal.

Sejun touched the red crystal.

All the dragons looked north and quickly flew towards the waypoint.

“Whew, I’m back,” Sejun sighed, feeling much better.

The Ox King greeted him at the waypoint.

“Yeah,” Sejun smiled.

He opened the storage to check on Fenrir.

“President Park!” Theo cried happily.

Kkuengyi barked loudly! [Dad!]

“Sejun hyung!” Ajax shouted.

They all rushed out and hugged him tightly.

Then, Whine! ‘Hey! Don’t leave me behind!’

Fenrir, now full of energy after Ajax healed him, jumped right into Sejun’s arms.

Sejun caught him.

“Blackie, are you okay?” He checked Fenrir all over.

Whine?! Whine! ‘Stop it! I’m fine now!’

Fenrir wriggled, annoyed that Sejun was checking him so much.

“You’re okay,” Sejun chuckled. “You worked so hard, Blackie. Here, eat this.”

He gave Fenrir some dried sweet potato. He knew Fenrir would be very hungry after being weak.

Whine! ‘Yellow and chewy! My favorite!’

Fenrir ate it very quickly, making happy noises.

“Good boy, Blackie,” Sejun said, stroking Fenrir’s head. “Aileen, I’m back.”

He looked at Kaiser with eyes that seemed dark and angry.

The other dragons arrived and watched, whispering to each other.

“Sejun looks really angry,” Kellion murmured.

“He should be,” Lamter agreed.

“If I were him, I would leave this tower right now,” Tia added.

-Ugh… I’ll fix the bracelet right now, Kaiser mumbled, feeling guilty.

“Not just the bracelet,” Sejun said. “I want 10,000 of your scales, Kaiser-nim.”

-Alright, Kaiser agreed quickly.

“And what about the dragon blood?” Sejun asked.

-The container… it’s not ready yet, Kaiser said sadly.

“No talking to Aileen until it’s done,” Sejun declared firmly.

-What?! That’s… alright, Kaiser sighed, knowing he had no choice.

-Kaiser will have to work very hard to talk to Aileen now, Kellion giggled.

-Will he finish in fifteen days? Lamter chuckled.

-No way. More like a month, Tia laughed.

They watched Kaiser, not offering to help at all.

“You three will help too,” Sejun said, turning to them with a serious look. “Or else…”

He didn’t need to finish his sentence. The three dragons understood perfectly.

As the dragons rushed off to make the container, Sejun’s face softened. He grinned.

“Heh heh heh. Vice Chairman Tae, did you see that?” he whispered to Theo, sounding proud of himself.

“President Park is amazing, nyaang!” Theo said, massaging Sejun’s face again. “I really respect you, nyaang!”

He respected him, even if his face was still rotting, nyaang!
