Eileen, the Tower Administrator, was very busy. “Eileen,” Sejun said, holding out a small, glowing ball. “Please tell Chrisella that Stella’s voice message is sent. And give her this one too.” Eileen nodded quickly, taking the glowing ball. She always helped everyone in the tower.
Sejun grinned. “Time to pick the blue crops, Kkuenge! Let’s go!”
“Kkuenge!” Kkuenge chirped happily.
The farm was huge, filled with plants glowing with a soft blue light from the Blue Moon. These were special crops, grown under the magical moon. Other farmers in the tower were also busy in their own farms, as the Blue Moon shone on every part of the tower. Sejun and Kkuenge started picking the blue cherry tomatoes. Each tomato seemed to sparkle with moonlight.
“I’m thirsty,” Sejun said, his throat a little dry from working. He picked a blue cherry tomato and popped it into his mouth.
*Munch.* Sweet juice burst in his mouth, and he felt a warm energy flow through him.
“Hehehe. Wow, this is good! And it makes me feel stronger!” Sejun said, feeling a little more energetic. “Kkuenge, try one! Delicious, right?”
“Kkuenge! Kkuenge!” Kkuenge agreed excitedly, nodding his head and quickly eating a tomato himself. His eyes widened in delight.
They kept picking the blue crops, eating a few more as they worked. By the time they finished, they had picked over 2000 blue crops!
“Okay, time for bed,” Sejun said, stretching his back.
“Kkuenge! Kkuenge!” Kkuenge cheered. “[Okay! Bedtime! Good night, Daddy!]” Kkuenge bowed deeply to Sejun and then scampered quickly to his little pink house.
“Nyaang… Chairman Park, bed… nyaang…” Teo, the black cat, rubbed against Sejun’s leg, yawning sleepily.
“Haaahm. Yes, bed for you too, Urad,” Sejun yawned, feeling sleepy just watching Teo. He picked up the cat and went inside to his bedroom.
Suddenly, a message popped up in front of Sejun’s eyes:
**[The Earth Jewel is now unsealed!]**
**[Mud, the God of Mud, is free!]**
**[Mud, the God of Mud, wants to thank the one who freed him!]**
**[Mud, the God of Mud, gives a gift: mud bricks on a small patch of land!]**
“Mud bricks?” Sejun wondered. He had gotten jewels from other gods before. Maybe these mud bricks were special too? Excited, he went to see.
“Huh? Just mud bricks?” Instead of shiny jewels, there were only dark brown mud bricks on the ground. He was a little disappointed. “Are they hiding something inside?”
Sejun picked up a brick and broke it open. It was soft, not hard like a normal brick.
“What’s this?”
No jewels or gold. But… a wonderful sweet smell filled the air. It wasn’t just sweet, it smelled rich and delicious, like the best dessert. Coming from a mud brick?
“Could it be…?”
Carefully, Sejun touched the brick with his tongue.
…!
His eyes widened. It tasted amazing! It was sweet and chocolatey! Sejun quickly broke off a piece and started eating. He finished the whole mud brick in moments.
“Hehehe,” Sejun chuckled, very happy with his chocolate bricks. He carefully put the rest of the bricks into his special storage space, like a magic bag that could hold anything.
“Move Earth!” he said, remembering the God of Mud. He wanted to thank him for the chocolate.
**[Mud Road Created!]**
It was a small path made of mud, a gift for the God of Mud. “He was a sweet god, giving us chocolate!” Sejun thought.
“Hehehe. Chocolate… I can’t wait to eat more in the morning!” He imagined waking up to chocolate, ate a bit of green herb before bed, and then fell fast asleep.
In Eileen’s office, high up in the Black Tower, she smiled. “Kehehehe. Sejun is doing so well!” she said, looking at a glowing crystal ball. It showed how much Sejun was helping the tower.
Eileen was very busy these days. She managed the tower, helped farmers on the fourth floor, and answered questions from everyone. She was writing letters to the young dragons, called Hatchlings. “Sylvia,” she wrote, “we have a new fruit this time, called Korean melon…” She wanted to tell everyone about Sejun’s new crops.
“Sending letter,” Eileen said to the air. Just as she started writing to another dragon named Hocus, *THUMP*.
The ground shook a little. A huge silver dragon landed outside her office! It was Chrisella Heathron, Stella’s mother.
Chrisella visited Eileen often, every few days, to hear news about Stella and to buy food grown by Sejun. She especially loved the Wind Cabbage.
“Grandma Chrisella, hello!” Eileen said, rushing to greet her.
“Hello, dear. Any news about my Stella?” Chrisella asked quickly.
“Yes! And Sejun sent a voice message to Stella too!” Eileen replied, showing Chrisella the glowing ball. “It’s the third one he’s sent.”
“Really? You… you haven’t listened to it, have you?” Chrisella asked, sounding worried.
Stella had probably said some very rude things in her messages. Chrisella didn’t want Eileen to hear them. It could ruin Stella’s chances of getting married!
“Kehehehe. Of course not! Here, please check it yourself,” Eileen said, handing Chrisella the voice message.
“Good, no one has played it yet. And you sent the message I gave you?” Chrisella asked.
“Yes, already sent,” Eileen confirmed.
“Then, could you send this one too?” Chrisella asked, giving Eileen another voice message ball. This one was full of Chrisella’s scolding, telling Stella not to curse.
Chrisella finished her dragon business. “Eileen, can I have some Wind Cabbage and the usual things I buy?”
“Of course!” Eileen said.
Chrisella bought a lot of Sejun’s crops, paying Eileen a huge amount of Tower Coins – 3.1 billion! Then, with her bags full of food, she flew away.
The next morning, Sejun stretched and yawned, “Uwah…” He opened his eyes.
*Nyaang.* Teo was curled up at the end of the bed. Sejun gently put the cat on his lap and sat up.
“Hehehe. Chocolate for breakfast is good for you, right?” Sejun thought, remembering something he’d read somewhere. He opened his magic storage bag and took out a chocolate brick. He broke off a piece and ate it.
“Hehehe. Sweet! So good!” Smiling, he went outside into the fresh morning air. He walked around his farm, enjoying the start of the day.
Just then, Eileen’s voice spoke in his mind. **[The Tower Administrator says Grandma Chrisella wants you to send another voice message.]**
“Oh, really? Sure, I can send as many as she wants,” Sejun said out loud. Eileen sent him the voice message ball.
“Okay, message for Stella Heathron, the great silver dragon and helper of the 10th Tower,” Sejun announced, trying to send it.
But then, another message popped up: **[Not enough magic power to open the door to the 10th Tower.]**
“Huh? It doesn’t work?” Sejun realized he had been able to send messages yesterday because Stella had opened a path for him. He had been using her magic for free! “Oh well,” he sighed. “Guess I can’t send it now.” He gave up and went to the kitchen to make breakfast for himself.
After breakfast, Sejun called out, “Ajax! Veronica! Zelga! Orick! Time to work!” He needed their help again to prepare food. There were still 3 million servings to make!
Sejun, Teo, and Kkuenge all worked hard together, chopping and mixing ingredients.
While Sejun and his helpers worked hard, some dragons were relaxing by the fountain.
“Why is Sejun making so much food?” one dragon wondered.
“I know, it’s a crazy amount!” another agreed. “What’s he doing?”
“Fwahaha!” A loud laugh boomed. It was Lamter, the red dragon. “It’s because Sejun made a deal with me!”
“A deal? Is Sejun busy because of the dragon meeting?” a dragon asked.
“Something’s not right,” another dragon said, counting on his claws. “There are nine of us here. But this food looks like it’s for ten *thousand* dragons!”
“Exactly!” Lamter chuckled. “Sejun is making food for ten thousand dragons!”
“Ten thousand?!” the dragons roared. “Why didn’t you tell us?!”
“Why would I? I was going to feed it all to my own kids!” Lamter said, pretending to be selfish. Usually, Lamter liked to keep good food for himself. But secretly, he felt a little bad about eating Sejun’s delicious food alone. He wanted to share it with the other red dragons too.
“What?!” the other dragons cried out.
“How can you do that?!”
“Our children have mouths too!”
The dragons were very upset. They all wanted some of Sejun’s food for their families.
“Okay, okay,” Lamter said, giving in a little. “Bring ten dragons each, then.”
“Ten? That’s nothing!” a dragon scoffed. “A thousand! I’m bringing a thousand!”
“Me too, a thousand!” another shouted.
They all insisted on bringing a thousand dragons each.
“Fine, fine!” Lamter agreed. “But keep it a secret, okay?”
“Okay!”
“Ehehehe, my lips are sealed!”
“Don’t worry, I’m good at keeping secrets!”
Lamter let them bring a thousand dragons each, but told them to keep it quiet.
But Eileen, in her office, was already telling everyone. “Kehehehe. Hocus,” she said to a young dragon, “Sejun is making lots of food for the dragon meeting! Make sure you go and eat!”
And she told the customers at the Dragon Market too. “Grandma Brachio,” she said, “at this dragon meeting…”
Everyone thought they would get a share of the food. “Hmm… maybe a thousand out of ten thousand will be for us?” they thought. So, each dragon group started choosing which dragons to take to the meeting.
Three days later, in the afternoon, Sejun and Kkuenge were sitting together, eating chocolate and relaxing. “Hehehe. Sweet,” Sejun said happily.
“Kkuhehehe. Kkuenge!” Kkuenge agreed, “[Hehehe. So sweet!]”
Suddenly, a message appeared: **[The Seed Shop is now open!]**
**[Park Sejun’s grade is: Amazing!]**
The Seed Shop opened for the eleventh time.
**[Five types of seeds are shown today, chosen randomly.]**
**[At your current grade, you can buy as many seeds as you want for up to 50 Tower Coins.]**
And then, the seeds appeared:
**[Sausage Tree Seed: 1 – 50 Tower Coins]**
**[Sugar Cane Seeds: 10 – 45 Tower Coins]**
**[Blueberry Seeds: 10 – 22 Tower Coins]**
**[Paprika Seeds: 20 – 15 Tower Coins]**
**[Cabbage Seeds: 50 – 10 Tower Coins]**
The prices were a little higher than before. But Sejun’s eyes were fixed on the first line.
“Sau… Sausage Tree?!”
*Sausages grow on trees?!* It sounded crazy! Before, Sejun might not have believed it. But now, he had seen so many strange things. There was even a lake of milk! Maybe sausages on trees were possible too.
Still, he looked at the other seeds first. Sugar cane, paprika, and cabbage were new. They were good crops. He had plenty of money and wanted to buy them all. But he could only spend 50 Tower Coins.
Sejun thought for a moment about what to choose. But really, he had already decided the moment he saw it.
“I’ll buy the Sausage Tree Seed,” he said. “Sausages growing on trees… amazing!”
**[You have bought 1 Sausage Tree Seed.]**
**[50 Tower Coins have been taken from Seed Bank Park Sejun’s account.]**
**[500 Seed Shop points earned.]**
**[Total Seed Shop points: 1101.]**
**[1000 Seed Shop points used to increase grade.]**
**[Park Sejun’s grade increased from Amazing to Legendary!]**
**[Seven types of seeds are shown in the Legendary grade.]**
**[Legendary grade seeds added to the list.]**
**[In the Legendary grade, you can buy as many seeds as you want for up to 500 Tower Coins.]**
**[Seed Shop Level 3 increased!]**
Sejun’s Seed Shop level went up! A small leather bag with seeds fell into his hand.
“Hehehe. Sausages!” Sejun grinned, excited. He carefully planted the Sausage Tree seed in the ground.
“[Hehet! Because Master likes it, I’ll make special food so the Sausage Tree grows fast!]” Fire said, watching Sejun. Fire decided to make special food for the tiny Sausage Tree seed to eat.
Soon, everyone in the Black Tower might be amazed by another incredible plant, just like the World Tree. What would a Sausage Tree be like? Sejun couldn’t wait to find out!
